About Me

Hi! I'm Wendi-a Reiki Master Teacher, yoga instructor, and intuitive guide dedicated to helping others reconnect with their inner light. With training in 200-hour yoga, 20-hour Mindful, trauma-informed yoga, and Ayurvedic nutrition, I blend energy healing, breath, and holisitic wisdom to support balance and healing.

My path is rooted in over 20 years in public school special education and in the love and perspective that come from being a mother of three children. Having worked with children on the autism spectrum for many years, I have a deep understanding of how over-stimulation effects the mind and body. These experiences have shaped my belief that every person carries their own unique energy, story and capacity for transformation.

Through Reiki, yoga, compassion and mindful living, I create gentle, supportive spaces where people of all ages can release, realign, and rise into a clearer, more grounded version of themselves.
