Service Description

Join Lindsey Centrella, RMP and Wendi O'Neill, RMT for an Usui Reiki Level I Training class. You will receive learning materials and a Level I attunement. The primary focus of Reiki Level I training is to promote self-healing through self-awareness and awareness of the energetic world around us. You will learn about what Reiki is, the benefits and the history of Reiki. We will also work on how to access and use our intuition. This class will be limited to 8 people.
